The Northern Bullbreed Association Registry (NBAR) was established in 2017 by Anthony Craddy of Redcar North Yorkshire, with the help of his friend and mentor Fred Lovell of Edinburgh whom both shared a passion for the original type "Bulldogge" of Great Britain, with a combined experience of over 30 years between them the registry flourished building members in the UK outer Hebrides and some abroad too.
Shows began to take place in North Yorkshire and Edinburgh with the emphasis been on promoting all non banned bullbreeds and creating a fun laid-back family environment, the Registry also started doing social distanced walks when COVID struck to help keep members motivated and hopefully preserve members mental health and keep fit and healthy, this continues along with 3 shows every 12 months and walks when members call for it. The registry continues to grow each year and the NBAR badge is a olde type Bulldogge a Yorkshire rose and silhouette of Edinburgh castle
